Land Management for Oil, Gas and Midstream Assets

Land records, maps, and reports all in one place.

Tracts, ownership and contracts in one structured record, on your own ArcGIS geometry. Every report you send comes out of it.

Prefer to try it first? Ask about a pilot project when you book.

TODAY

A workbook per project

Becomes linked records with history, not rows that drift apart.

A shared drive of scans

Becomes structured terms: parties, dates, money, provisions. Not a filename.

One person who knows where it all is

Becomes assignments, status and notes on the record itself.

The land data core

4 objects, and the relationships between them

01

Tracts - the parcels

  • Tract ID, county and state
  • Gross and net acres, or footage for corridor runs
  • ArcGIS integration - your published feature layers, joined on your own tract ID and re-synced on demand
02

Owners - the people and entities

  • Names, care-of, phones and addresses
  • One owner record, however many tracts they hold
  • The acquisition agent assigned to work them
03

Ownership - the join

  • One record per tract × owner × ownership type
  • Interest, net acres and acquisition status
  • The agent's running notes, on the record itself
04

Contracts - the executed instrument

  • Right-of-way and facility agreements, surface leases
  • Parties, term, money and provisions - as fields, not a filename
  • Costs computed from rate × net quantity

In every plan, never gated

Field work and review

Agent Workspace

Assigned owners and tracts, acquisition and title lanes.

Status updates queue

Agent changes routed to a supervisor.

Title review

Approve or kick back with a reason, stamped on the report.

Accounting - module

AFEs & client projects - day-rate billing - weekly timesheets - expenses - approvals queue - invoicing - PTO tracking as a sub-switch.

Coms board - module

Channels, direct messages, attachments, reactions, threads, search.

2 org-level switches - add what you need - the land data core is never part of the toggle

Reporting

Reports your team actually sends

Both ship with the product, each built from the same records your agents are already updating. No export, no rebuild, no version that only one person knows how to refresh.

Pick one to view it

Capital Budget in the client portal - $1.04M all-in across three corridors

Sent, not attached

Publish to the client portal with a Published date stamp and version history. Your client opens the current one, and the one you sent last month is still there to open beside it.

Shaped to how you report

The defaults ship ready to use on day one. Columns, groupings and cover pages can be tailored per client or per project on request - tell us what your reporting looks like during onboarding and we set it up that way.

Client and viewer seats

Unlimited client seats. Free. At every band.

View, comment, coms and calendar, plus the same map their broker uses. Hard-walled from operator work - a client seat cannot edit a record.

Pricing

Operator seats. Every band includes the full land data core and unlimited free client seats.

STARTER

$400/mo

Up to 5 operator seats

GROWTH

$2,000/mo

Up to 25 operator seats

Annual contract - seat ceiling with true-up - renewal is the adjustment point - no mid-term opt-out

Support & services*

Opt-in, heavier the higher you go - onboarding, ArcGIS integration help, a named technical representative.

Integrations*

QuickBooks alongside the accounting module, and document storage on the infrastructure you already run - SharePoint document libraries or FileCloud.

Data migration*

Available from an existing land management system, scoped and quoted after a review of your current data.

Custom reports*

Tailored columns, groupings and cover pages, scoped during onboarding.

* Scoped and quoted separately - never a row inside a plan

How your data is handled

Isolated by organization. Your data sits in its own walled organization; nothing is shared across tenants.
Clients cannot touch the record. Portal seats are read-only by construction, not by convention.
ArcGIS stays the system of record. Nova reads your layers and previews every sync before it writes.
Costs are computed, not stored. A corrected input corrects everything downstream.
